The February 2022 New York Bar Exam Results Have Been Released With a 45% Overall Pass Rate; 70% of Repeat Takers Failed the Bar Exam. The MBE & UBE Testing Institute Can Help Repeat Takers

 

The New York bar exam results for February 2022 have been released.

Repeat takers accounted for 53% of all candidates who sat for the bar exam.  48% of all candidates were foreign educated.

The overall pass rate was 45%. The first time taker pass rate was 61%. The repeat-takers pass rate was 30%.

All ABA Graduates – First-Time Takers 69%

New York ABA Schools – First-Time Takers 69%

Out-of-State ABA Schools – First-Time Takers 68%

Foreign-Educated – First-Time Takers 54%

All First Time-Takers 61%

All Foreign Educated – First Time Takers and Repeaters:  40%

 All Candidates – First Time Takers and Repeaters:45%

 All Repeaters 30%
