Pennsylvania has released
its February 2022 bar exam results: There
was a 37% overall pass rate, a 56% pass rate for first time takers and a 27%
pass rate for repeat takers.
Now and effective July 2022, Pennsylvania will administer the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE). Pennsylvania’s passing scores will be a high 272.
There will be a lot of repeat students taking the UBE in July 2022. We have been talking to many repeat takers who must take the UBE in Pennsylvania in July and must face a brand new exam.
