Starting soon, the MBE & UBE Testing Institute will be conducting UBE North Carolina Saturday classes in Raleigh. Remember, this will be the first time that North Carolina will administer the UBE.  For repeat takers, this can be monumental to passing or failing because it is an entirely new exam from the previous North Carolina bar exam. Repeat takers have not ever taken an MPT and the MBE will now be more important because the MBE will be weighed 50% instead of 40%. The MBE & UBE Testing Institute can help you succeed.

The seminar classes are for repeat bar takers, foreign educated lawyers and working students and any person looking to improve on his/her essays and MBE for the North Carolina UBE bar examination. North Carolina Bar Exam Results and Enroll Now for our UBE Bar Tutorials and our Raleigh UBE Saturday Classes

North Carolina mailed its results on Monday and many students have received their results starting on Tuesday.  The remaining students will get their results today.  Congratulations to our MBE & UBE Testing Institute North Carolina students and all other takers. We are so proud of all of the students.

For repeat takers, North Carolina will be administering the UBE for the first time in February.  You will need to get prepared for this new test. The MBE & UBE Testing Institute offers a complete one-on-one tutorial program for the UBE North Carolina.

North Carolina, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Arkansas, Kansas and North Dakota Bar Exam Results

North Carolina, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Arkansas, Kansas, North Dakota bar exam results all historically come out before Labor Day.

North Carolina bar exam results usually come out on the Monday before Labor Day.  Last year it was mailed on Monday, August 28th, with students receiving their results on Tuesday.  If this holds true, then today might be the day of mailing.

Last year, Wisconsin came out the 30th. West Virginia was mailed on the 31st and Arkansas, Kansas and North Dakota all came out on Sept 1.

In addition, all of these states administer the UBE (with North Carolina becoming a UBE state for February) or the MEE.

4 Weeks until the Florida Bar Exam Results

The wait is almost over. There are now only 4 weeks left until the Florida bar exam results will be released on September 17th. Try to relax – your results are beyond your control now. The MBE & UBE Testing Institute will release the results as soon as we get them.

The Last North Carolina’s Bar Exam Results

It’s now mid-August and that means that the North Carolina bar exam may be coming out in approximately 2 weeks from now.  The end of August is usually when the North Carolina bar exam results come out.

As we know, this is the last North Carolina bar exam results.  Starting in February 2019, North Carolina will be administering the UBE.  In addition, the passing score will be 270, 4 points higher than its neighboring state, South Carolina.

The MBE & UBE Testing Institute will be offering, a tutorial program covering the UBE for February 2019.  Contact us so we can help you with this new examination.  For those repeat takers, not only do you have to prepare for 6 new UBE essays, you have to also prepare for 2 MPTs as well as the MBE.  The MBE will be of equal weight on the UBE, not the 40% we are used to from North Carolina. Repeat takers will have to learn how to write MPTs.  We can help with this transition.

The New UBE states for 2019: Tennessee, North Carolina, Illinois, Maryland and Rhode Island

The states are adopting the UBE every bar exam cycle.  North Carolina, Rhode Island, Maryland, Tennessee and Illinois  are the latest states to go to the UBE.

Rhode Island is joining the wave of northeastern states that have turned UBE and will administer the UBE for the first time in F 2019.  The passing score will be 276.

Maryland will join its adjoining states and become a UBE state in 2019.  It is still uncertain which bar cycle Maryland will begin or what their passing score will be.

North Carolina will also join its neighboring state, South Carolina, and begin administering the UBE in February 2019.  Their passing score will be 270.

Tennessee will administer their first UBE in F 2019.  Their passing score will be determined.

Illinois will administer their first UBE in J 2019.  Their passing score will be 266.
