For the July 2021 UBE/MEE essay portion of the bar exam we were 5 out of 6, only missing wills verses trust, although we did predict some trust/wills cross-overs like anti-lapse.
However, we were most accurate in our focus areas “High Priority” indicated in our Prediction Blueprint for our students to focus on. The July 2021 UBE Tested “Civil Procedure” we indicated in our priority section: subject matter and supplemental jurisdiction, federal question, diversity, pleadings and motors. All these areas were tested in Civil Procedure, July UBE Essay 2021.
Our February 2022 UBE/MEE Essay Prediction Blueprint will be available in December 2021.
