New York and Washington, DC Results for July 2021; Attend Our 1 Day Essay Writing and Essay Predictions Zoom Class on December 11th

Washington, DC released its bar exam results on Friday and we have been seeing some low scores for repeat takers.

New York released its bar exam results on Thursday.  The overall pass rate was 63%.  NYBOLE considers the lower overall passing rate as a result of the higher percentage of repeat takers in the pool of candidates. 25% of the takers were repeat takers. 34% of all candidates who took the bar exam were foreign educated candidates.  The overall pass rate for foreign educated was 31%.

For repeat takers taking the February 2022 UBE you should start preparing. The repeat taker pass rates have declined across the board.
