For Our Foreign Educated and LLM Applicants Taking The Florida Bar Exam, the UBE, California, New York and Other States– Using the MBE & UBE Testing Institute When You Are Here or Abroad for the July, September or February Bar Exam

We have been in contact with applicants who are having trouble with the UBE, New York, Florida or California or other bar exams because they are foreign educated lawyers, LLM applicants, English may be their second language or they are currently abroad and will only come to the United States to sit for the bar exam in July or September or February. Many students are confused and anxious about whether they will be able to sit for the bar exam.

As we can see at least in New York, foreign educated students may have to wait until February to sit for the exam in New York.  Although it’s not what we want, take the time to really study and start your preparation early.  We know that foreign educated repeat takers have trouble passing the bar exam, so look at this development optimistically and plan to really get ready for February and pass this exam once and for all.
