The UBE bar exam is over, so let’s discuss the exam itself. The tested essay subjects were: Family Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Contracts, Property, Civil Procedure, Partnerships. The MPTs were standard – a brief and a memo. Most students thought the exam was challenging. What did you think?
