The Florida bar exam is over, so let’s discuss the exam itself.
The tested essay subjects were: Criminal Law and Procedure/Delinquency, Constitutional Law and Property/Constitutional Law.
What was surprising is that in each question, there was Constitutional Law aspect to it. And no ethics! Most students thought the exam was challenging. What did you think?
