The North Carolina Bar Exam Results: The Crying Game

The North Carolina February 2017 bar exam results indicated that 63.27% of “all” bar applicants failed the bar exam.  In contrast, in February 2016, first time North Carolina bar takers failed the bar exam at a 65.3% rate.

Charlotte Law School, which includes “all” bar takers, showed 79% of the school’s bar takers failed.  Elon Law School’s first time takers for February 2017 showed “all” candidates failed.  NCCU repeat takers were 63 and only 17 passed the NC bar,

These statistics are alarming, shocking and not acceptable.

These facts point out overwhelmingly that these law schools are obligated to do better.

If you were unsuccessful on the NC bar please contact The MBE & UBE Testing Institute, we can help.
