Bar Exam Scores and the New Reality

The bar exam scores across the states have been substantially lower than in previous years. The MBE scores have also been lower.

If you have read the MBE & UBE Testing Institute tweets and blogs, you know that the average score on the MBE on the 2016 bar exam fell again from the previous year. The mean score on the 2016 bar exam was 138.5, down from 138.7 in 2015 and 140.5 in 2014.

Performance on the bar exam has continued to dip down to levels we have never seen and it appears that this is not an aberration, but a new realty.

Look at your own state scores.  Most states have also dipped lower. The repeat takers fare even worse.

The reality is that  you must pass the bar exam.  The MBE & UBE Testing Institute can help you succeed and guide you through the areas that will help you pass the bar exam and begin your life as a lawyer.  Don’t wait until you take the bar 2 or 3 or even 5 times – get help now and get the bar exam behind you.

The MBE & UBE Testing Institute knows that taking the bar exam as a repeat taker can be an isolating experience. The MBE & UBE Testing Institute helps the student keep motivated and confident through interaction with an MBE & UBE Testing Institute’s bar tutor.
