The New York Bar Exam Has Been Released and Here are the Statistics

The New York bar exam results for July 2016 are now out, as well as the statistics. New York had a  64% overall pass rate. For first time takers it is 73%, which includes foreign educated attorneys. Without the foreign educated attorneys, the first time taker pass rate is 83%.

The foreign educated attorneys pass rate is 45% for first time takers and 37% overall.
