The July 2016 Bar Exam: The Horror Story of Repeat Takers in North Carolina and their 72% Failure Rate

The pass rate for North Carolina for repeat takers was a dismal 27.7%.

Wake Forest’s repeat taker pass rate was 29%;  UNC’s their repeat taker pass rate was 57%, Campbell’s their repeat taker pass rate was 54%, NCCU’s repeat taker rate was 31% , Elon’s repeat taker pass rate was 8%, Charlotte’s repeat taker pass rate was 31%.

It is clear from the data that repeat bar takers fail at a rate of 72% every time they take the bar exam.
