The July 2022 New York Bar Exam Results Have Been Released With a 66% Overall Pass Rate; 44% of Foreign Educated Takers Passed the Bar Exam. UBE Bar Exam Review International Can Help Repeat Takers and Foreign Educated Takers

 

The New York bar exam results for July 2022 have been released.

Repeat takers accounted for 17% of all candidates who sat for the bar exam.  35% of all candidates were foreign educated.

The overall pass rate was 66%, an increase of 3% from last year. The first time taker pass rate was 85% a decrease of 2% from last year. The repeat-takers pass rate was 23%.  The foreign educated candidates had a passing rate of 44%.

Out-of-State ABA Schools – First-Time Takers 87%

Foreign-Educated – First-Time Takers 52%

All First Time-Takers 75%

All Foreign Educated – First Time Takers and Repeaters:  44%

All Candidates – First Time Takers and Repeaters:66%

All Repeaters 23%
