Out of 2,794 bar exam applicants who took the entire Florida bar exam, only 51% passed. 569 takers out of 2,794 were repeat bar exam takers. For applicants only taking the MBE the pass rate was a horrible 36%.
For Non-Florida law schools, the overall pass rate was 53.6%.
The overall Florida bar exam pass rates should be disturbing and troubling for Florida law schools and applicants who took the Florida bar.
