The New York Bar Exam Results Have Been Released; The MBE & UBE Testing Institute Can Help Repeat Takers

The New York bar exam results for its remote bar exam in February have been released.

The overall pass rate was 49%. The repeat-takers pass rate was 34%.

All ABA Graduates – First-Time Takers 76%

New York ABA Schools – First-Time Takers 77%

Out-of-State ABA Schools – First-Time Takers 74%

Foreign-Educated – First-Time Takers 52%

All First Time-Takers 64%

All Foreign Educated – First Time Takers and Repeaters:  43%

All Candidates – First Time Takers and Repeaters:49%

All Repeaters 45%
