Repeat Takers Statistics For California

For the July 2016 bar exam,  the California repeat pass rate was a very low 17%.  33% of bar applicants were repeat takers.

No matter which category your school fell under, the repeat pass rate was appalling.  For California ABA schools, the repeat rate was:  23%; For Out of State ABA schools, the repeat rate was 20%, For CA Accredited, not ABA, the repeat rate was 9%.  For Unaccredited, fixed facility schools the  repeat rate: 5%; for Unaccredited, correspondence schools the  repeat rate was 7%, for Unaccredited distance learning schools, the repeat rate was 9%
