Foreign Educated Lawyers with an LLM for the Practice of Law Can Sit for the Georgia Bar Exam

On February 21, 2014, the Supreme Court of Georgia ruled that foreign educated students who complete an LLM degree are now eligible to sit for the Georgia bar exam.  Georgia now joins New York and California as some of the only states that allow foreign educated attorneys to sit for the bar exam and practice as a licensed attorney in these states.

The MBE Testing Institute has created an exciting one-on-one Tutorial for Foreign Trained Lawyers for the MBE.  Statistics indicate foreign lawyers score stunningly low on the MBE compounded by slow reading comprehension due to English as their second language.  The MBE Testing Institute will provide Foreign Trained Lawyers with the motivation, skill set and substantive law to increase their MBE score.   The MBE Testing Institute specializes in Tutoring Foreign Lawyers who will be taking the California, Georgia and New York bar exams.

The MBE Testing Institute knows that taking the bar exam as a repeat taker can be an isolating experience. The MBE Testing Institute helps the student keep motivated and confident through interaction with an MBE Testing Institute’s bar tutor.
