for July 2022 have been released. Repeat takers accounted for 22% of all
candidates who sat for the bar exam. The repeat-takers pass rate was 17%.
California ABA Schools – Repeat Takers 26%
Out-of-State ABA Schools – Repeat Takers 23%
California Accredited (not ABA) – Repeat Takers 12%
Unaccredited Fixed Facility – Repeat Takers 5%
Unaccredited Correspondence - Repeat Takers 8%
