The MBE & UBE Testing Institute had a 100% pass rate for New York in February 2017 for our repeat takers.  By crunching the numbers for ABA graduates, the repeat taker rate was approximately 30%.  7 out of 10 repeat takers did not pass.  The foreign educated students pass rate for repeat takers were much worse. Our students passed and each of our students had taken the bar exam at least 3 times. That is an incredible statistic and we congratulate our students for a job well done.
