The July 2016 Bar Exam: Repeat Takers in North Carolina, their 72% Failure Rate and Enrolling in the MBE & UBE Testing Institute’s North Carolina Bar Exam Course

The pass rate for North Carolina for repeat takers was a dismal 27.7%.


It is clear from the data that repeat bar takers fail at a rate of 72% every time they take the bar exam.   We know that there are tricks and pitfalls in every North Carolina’s batch of essays.  In July, it was the contracts question.
