The Florida Bar Exam results were released.  The overall pass rate was 51% with first time takers passing at 64.4% down from 71.6% last July.

Of the 2,794 applicants who took both Part A and Part B of the General Bar Examination in July 2022, 1,432 (51%) passed. Of the 186 applicants who took Part A only, 102 (55%) passed. Of the 231 applicants who took Part B only, 84 (36%) passed.

 Nova Southeastern University College of Law: 54.5%

Florida A&M University College of Law: 52.6%

Florida International University College of Law: 81.2%

Ave Maria School of Law: 71.4%

Non-Florida law schools: 53.9%

Total: 64.4%

The July 2022 Bar Exam Results: Florida Bar Exam Results Will Be Released on Monday - We Help Repeat Takers

 

The Florida Bar Exam Results for July 2022 will come out on Monday, September 19th. There is no magical time it comes out, although the results usually come out around 9 - 10 am.

Florida releases the numbers, not the names of the applicants and the site reveals just pass or fail of both Part A (the Florida section) and Part B (the MBE section) and the overall pass or fail. You can fail a section of the Florida bar, and with enough carry over points, you can pass overall. Look at the final column and you’ll know whether you passed or failed.

The Florida Board of Bar Examiners also releases the passing rate of the law schools.  Florida only releases the first time taker rate and not the repeat takers rate, and not the overall pass rate.
