The Texas September and October Statistics Show that Repeat Takers Need the MBE & UBE Testing Institute's Help for the New Texas UBE Program for February 2021

Texas has released its September and October bar exam statistics and pass rate. The overall pass rate in September was 76.7% with first time takers passing at 85% with the repeat taker pass rate at 42%. The repeat taker pass rate for only Texas law schools was only 39%.  The overall pass rate in October was 60% with first time takers passing at 71 % with the repeat taker pass rate at  36%.  The repeat taker pass rate for only Texas law schools was only 41%. 

There was a big reduction in scores from the September bar exam to the remote October bar exam. Both bar exam shows that repeat takers need help. Those applicants who failed the bar exam this bar cycle will have to take the UBE exam in February.
