Indiana, Kansas, Oklahoma’s Bar Exam Results

Indiana released its bar exam results.  Interestingly, almost half of the applicants were repeat takers (48%). The overall pass rate was 51%, the first timers passed at a 70% pass rate and the repeat takers only passed at a 30% pass rate. A 40% difference between first time takers and repeat takers.

Oklahoma will release its bar exam results today.

We are still waiting for Kansas to release its results.
