We know that there are many students who graduate
from law schools in Puerto Rico who sit for the Florida or UBE bar

February 2018 was the last Massachusetts bar exam
ever given.Effective July 2018,
Massachusetts will administer the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE). North Carolina will
go to the UBE in February 2019, however, the state will start accepting UBE
scores in July. To those students who are taking Massachusetts or North
Carolina take the step to get an MBE & UBE Testing Institute tutor now so
that you will pass in July and prepare having to alter your studies to take a
whole new bar exam that you are not familiar with. Pass Massachusetts and North

The UBE bar exam is over, so let’s discuss the exam
itself. The tested essay subjects were: Family Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Contracts,
Property, Civil Procedure, Partnerships. The MPTs were standard – a brief and a
memo.Most students thought the exam was

The Florida bar exam is over, so let’s discuss the
exam itself. The tested essay subjects were: Criminal Law and
Procedure/Delinquency, Constitutional Law and Property/Constitutional Law. What was surprising is that in each question, there
was Constitutional Law aspect to it.And

The bar exam is over and the waiting begins and
ExamSoft sucks. On the first day of the exam, applicants were faced
with widespread outages of ExamSoft, which caused exam delays in several
jurisdictions, including in New York and Florida. It was eventually resolved,
and an extra 30 minutes to an hour were tacked onto their first day of the exam
to make up for the early delays. That recitation does not cover the emotional
aspect of being ready to start your exam and be confronted with the horror that
your ExamSoft didn’t work.Talk about
being thrown off your game. North Carolina is usually one of the first states to
release its results in approximately a month. Then the states begin to roll in,
one after another. For now, take the time to relax and have fun. You
deserve it. There will be enough time to fret and wait for your results. The

Most students are finished their bar exams, but
there are a few states that are sitting for their state essays today. Students
from Massachusetts, Nevada and, of course, Texas are working on their bar exams
today. Good luck on your final day of the exam. You can do this – you can pass the bar exam.
