As we can see, the Florida bar exam is
changing. In the last 3 bar cycles we
have gotten issues that normally only appear in the multiple choice
sections. 3 bar cycles ago we had a
little wills thrown in, and the last two bar cycles we have gotten criminal law
and criminal procedure. Criminal law has
not been tested in a long time, although we have occasionally seen criminal
procedure in essays.
